This set contains the four camouflage colours that were most commonly used for painting all Luftwaffe front line aircraft from 1937 until ca. mid-1941. RLM 70 and 71 colors remained in use for painting bomber, ground-attack and reconnaissance aircraft until late 1944. RLM 70 was used as the standard propeller blade colour throughout the entire war. RLM 02 RLM-Grau (1938) was also used for painting interior surfaces. Real Colours are of the highest quality. They spray through an airbrush in a silky smooth manner, and adhere to the surface and dry perfectly with a soft satin finish. These paints work superbly with all kind of weathering or masking products. They may be diluted with AK thinner, or thinners from other manufacturers that are intended for acrylic lacquer paints (non-vinyl). They can also be easily mixed with other acrylic lacquer paints. The RLM paints from the Real Colours range have been specially designed taking into account the scale reduction effect.
